Ruins

I like the idea of exploring ruins and abandon places.

I had been on an impressive adventure with Bob H. once. We went to Wedding Card Street ( Lee Tung Street ) which was about to be demolished at Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The roof terraces of the 3-4 storey buildings are all linked, and we walked from one end of the street to the other, gate after gate, going down the stairs occasionally to find an unlocked exit.



I was listening to Piano Magic while browsing through websites I have bookmarked under ruins, which I regret so. Not the most pleasant thing to do when you are home alone....

Shall I get it?

I have to make a decision within 10 hours.
It is sold at 330 quids brand new, but someone is selling it for 62 or up on ebay.

it is within budget (so far), and it's my favourite bike.
ahhhh. cycle or not?

Library I

I have a thing for books and library.
If you ask my friend Katy,who gave me a lift when I moved in, she can tell you how much books I have. Before my mum can drive, we used to take the train home every evening. My mum would pick a book for me from the library, and she would read Reader's Digest on our way home, counting down the 8 stations.

There is a small library at the community center my mum works at ( she has been working there for 20 years now! ) I used to sit behind the counter with the librarian and wait for her to come pick me up. The librarian was an eccentric grumpy looking lady, I thought she never liked me when I was smaller. When I look back, she probably adores me because I was too scared to talk to her, unlike the other kids who often came into the counter and interrupted her. I guess that is why I got the privilege to sit with her and do some stamping and checking out library books behind the dimly lit counter.

That is when I fell in love with old books and library check out cards.

It has to be muddy and wet.

Katamari Damacy

This is what I always play on Xbox at Alex's place.
The idea is that you roll around a place to collect things and make the ball of stuff as big as possible in a limited time. You have to start with small items in the beginning like paper clips, candies, then go on to things as big as building, lamppost, cruises.

The artwork is amazing and so as the soundtrack.

Then Alex's friend post this on his wall, and I was laughing so much my tummy hurts.
